  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO©s are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping charges are weight-based and may be adjusted accordingly.
  • International Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. On-Line orders will receive Email notification of the weight-based shipping charge, upon request. Please allow 2-3 weeks for US Postal Service International Air shipments. We do NOT ship International orders via boat/surface.
  • NOTE: DOT Regulations do not permit air shipment of pressurized aerosol products like TC Refills or Room Sprays. These items are not eligible for air shipment via FedEx or US Postal Mail. Your order routing will be changed to ship via ground if it contains pressurized aerosol sprays.

FedEx Ground and Air shipping rates are total order value based as shown above. Any package returned by FedEx or US Postal Service as undeliverable, is subject to an additional charge for re-shipment due to customer order entry error. Customers shipping outside the United States are encouraged to email us prior to ordering for current shipping prices. Note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If you either refuse the shipment or refuse payment of any customs charges, we reserve the right to either bill your credit card and or deduct the return shipping charges from any credit you may receive. If your item has been damaged in shipping, please refuse the package if possible. If you have already accepted the item and realized the item has been damaged after you have opened the package, please contact immediately for resolution.

Returns Policy:

  1. If you are not satisfied, please return the item to the address shown on your receipt within 30 days. If your item has been opened and you simply do not like the item or ordered the wrong item, a refund can be issued, minus shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee. The item must be in brand new condition and in original packaging.

Order Acknowledgements: wants to keep you as informed as possible and will send you emails regarding the status of your order. You will receive emails in the following order and/if your order consists of these issues:
