~ History ~
Claire Burke fragrances are elegant and sophisticated. Since 1955, Claire Burke
has maintained a reputation for lavish potpourri, the best Vapourri sprays,
refresher oils, botanical candles, sachets and wonderful simmering oils.
Claire Burke was a highly sought after interior designer who decorated
some of the most prestigious residences in New York City. She expressed
a strong, creative flair that was elegant and feminine that transformed
every home. She was passionate in creating exquisite botanical
blends of dried flowers, herbs and greenery into luxurious fragrances. She
shared
these with her friends and after retiring to Virginia in the early
1950’s
began selling her beautifully designed botanical blends to specialty
shops and boutiques. She and her husband actually hand mixed these fine
blends
of dried rose petals, herbs and distinctive fragrance oils in their
bathtub.
Indulge yourself with exquisite Claire Burke home fragrances. Ignite
your passion for home fragrance with classic, timeless and sophisticated
products that enhance
your home décor. Rich contemporary colors that excite and soothe the
most discerning tastes.
Botanical candles have wonderful herbs, flowers and
fragrance elements displayed
on the outside of the candle. As it burns down, the flame flickers to show
off these elements. Botanical candles will last from 60 to 70 hours.
Vapourri
spray is perfect for a burst of fragrance whenever and wherever you desire.
No one makes better sprays than Claire Burke and the container is almost
as beautiful as the fragrance.
Potpourri blends are fragrant and quite lovely when displayed in decorative
containers. Place these around your home and create a sense of outdoors,
freshen the botanicals
with companion refresher oils as required.
Simmering Oils are wonderful in
a kitchen simmering pot. Used sparingly, these 6 oz bottles will seem to
last forever! Now all classic scents are
available
year round. My favorite is Apple Jack & Peel on a crisp fall evening,.
Simmer in an electric crock pot or our lovely Claire Burke Silver Simmering
Pot.
Drawer Sachets are great to place in clothing drawers, under the car
seat, fragrance a closet, tuck into a gift basket or add to your simmering
pot.
An inexpensive
way to try out a new fragrance.
Refresher oils provide multi-purpose options for home fragrance: Refresh
your botanical potpourri, add to your simmering pot, or scent your car
by applying
to cotton balls.
Tin candles are wonderful for travel. Take your favorite
fragrance with you on your next trip to scent your hotel room and remind
you of home.
Portable
fragrances
to take with you wherever you go!
